Today we have are the only local ISP with connectivity the the Internet across both the Qwest fiber network as well as the Interlinx fiber optic connection to the Western States Fiber Route.

By connecting to more than one upstream Internet backbone, we are able to ensure you the fastest possible response times by taking the shortest path possible. If one path has problems, we can quickly re-route around problems avoiding outages that plague single-homed Internet providers. We can survive Fiber cuts, network attacks more. We always try to stay ahead of the curve and have more bandwidth available than our dedicated customers use.

In 2005, we opened our new secure data center in St. George. Besides our dual, redundant fiber optic paths into the center, we also added expanded from a single Cisco 7200 series router to four Cisco 7200 series routers in redundant configurations. We use only top quality Cisco 6500 series switches, battery and generator power, over-sized dual power circuits in all critical network equipment and dual redundant air cooling units. Technology doesn't ensure success, people do. All our network elements are monitored 24/7, and our staff is alerted to any outages or trouble on your connection as well as our internal network. Our Network Administrators are some of the area's most respected and experienced. Dedicated business connection customers can talk to them directly on the phone, and do not go through a tiered tech support ladder before they can reach them. In most cases, they will know about any problems before you do.
