How to set it up
Keep this page open and switch back to it as you go.
Get the app
- Download the app: search for InfoWest Connect Plus in the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and create an account.
Connect your router
- Choose Setup, or Replace Router if you're swapping out an old one.
- Scan the QR code on your router.
Change your WiFi name and password
- Open My Network.
- Choose Internet Connection (primary).
- Edit the settings.
- Set a new WiFi name (SSID) and password.
- Save your changes.
