Her unwavering dedication to InfoWest has been consistently recognized as she approaches her 28th year with the company. In her role overseeing Customer Satisfaction, her impact is unmistakable, reflected in InfoWest's impressive 4.6 out of 5.0 star rating on Google Reviews, a remarkable achievement given 30 years of bringing the internet to southern Utah.
Jackie exemplifies leadership through her actions and consistently fosters a family-friendly company culture at InfoWest. She creates an environment where every employee feels supported and empowered to address any personal or work-related concerns, ensuring that InfoWest remains a place where everyone can thrive. InfoWest's reputation as the top workplace has been solidified by its past awards, with Jackie's contributions being instrumental in achieving this recognition. Jackie helps coordinate company events, was instrumental in bringing office snacks to InfoWest as well as a pet friendly policy.
Jackie is an original woman in tech and tries to inspire the next generation of STEM/STEAM professionals. In 2024 InfoWest was recognized for taking a pledge to pay the same across jobs, and increase female hiring.
Besides InfoWest, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Washington Chamber Women in Business, where they are committed to empowering women in their communities to achieve success.
Jackie is a local of St. George, graduating from PineView High School and is now married to Branden Dearden whom she shares 3 daughters with, Hailey, Brinley, and Lindsey.
