Meet the Internet People: Mychal Jenkins

Mychal has worked with InfoWest for about three and a half years, where he has further developed skills in IT, general contracting, electrical knowledge, and building architecture. With these skills, he is able to respond to customers to resolve any technical issues that may arise.
“We do cool stuff with technology that might as well be actual magic to most people,” Mychal shared. However, in his free time, he enjoys taking care of his animals, mostly his 200-ish betta fish, and watching good and terrible TV shows and movies with his wife.
Mychal served in the United States Marine Corps, which is where he said a majority of his work ethic comes from and the fact that he loves what he’s doing.
“It's been the best place I've ever worked,” Mychal said. “I'm out in the field all day, but from what I can tell, it seems everyone's trying their best to do right by our clients, the community, and the company.”
Mychal has loved helping people with their tech problems since back in the day. He believes it was destiny he found his way to InfoWest. Without Mychal and many others, we couldn’t deliver the Ultimate Internet Experience to our customers.
