As a local business, InfoWest cares about our community because WE are part of the neighborhood. We know nothing can beat the connection you get from a local company. From Utah to select areas of Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado, InfoWest is dedicated to giving back to the community and putting the WE in InfoWEst.
This past February InfoWest joined forces with Habitat for Humanity to help build a brighter future for a deserving family in Southern Utah. As a sponsor of this home build, our employees spent the day painting walls to help provide a safe and affordable living space for a local family in need. This meaningful partnership helped Habitat for Humanity work to complete their 26th home.
Additionally, at the beginning of March, The Internet People had the opportunity to volunteer as judges for the AGC 3rd Annual Block Kids Building Competition. This event was more than just judging, but a reminder of the future innovators throughout our community. Here at InfoWest, we believe in the importance of connections with the next generation of creators and problem-solvers.
Since 2017, InfoWest has participated in the annual service event of the School is Cool backpack giveaway. This is one of our favorite events every summer to give away over 500 backpacks to kids in our communities. The tradition originally started in Moapa Valley, Nevada, but has grown to include St. George, Cedar City, and Richfield, Utah. The backpack giveaway is open to anyone in the community, where we provide the backpack itself and a variety of school supplies: a pencil box, writing utensils, erasers, notebooks, loose leaf paper, folders, and everything your kids need to be ready for school!
We show our thanks by giving back to our communities through service events or providing businesses with InfoWest Internet. You can always find The Internet People in the front row supporting the communities, whether it is fundraisers, chamber events, or school events.
At InfoWest, we believe that connection is about more than just the internet — it’s about community. Contact The Internet People and get InfoWest today!
