Key features of the Connect Plus app include allowing users to create a guest Wi-Fi network, implement parental controls, manage basic policies, and link devices within the network to specific household members.
Follow these steps to enhance your experience and set up the Connect Plus app:
Download the InfoWest Connect Plus app in either the App Store or in Google Play.
If you’re an existing user, enter your login email address and password before clicking Log In. If you’re new to the app, tap the sign up link and then begin to create your account. Complete the following fields:
First and Last Name
Email Address
Password- must be 8 characters in length
Location Field- set to USA
Accept Terms & Conditions before creating account
Open the camera on your phone and scan the QR code found on the bottom of the router.
Set up your Wifi by either naming your router, configuring the network, and creating password or skipping the step if completed outside the app.
The app is free to users, but the ExperienceIQ and ProtectIQ add-ons are offered together for an additional $10/month on the customer’s existing bill. These add-ons enhance user control over their network and its limitations.
