Giveaway Rules

Eligibility
Staheli Family Farms, Field of Screams (the Giveaway) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. InfoWest employees, as well as subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, employees’ immediate family members, etc., are ineligible to participate in this giveaway.
Sponsorship
InfoWest Corporate Office, located at 435 E Tabernacle St., Suite 200, St. George, UT 84770 and Staheli Family Farms Sponsor of this contest/giveaway will conduct the promotion as described in the Official Rules.
Agreement to Rules
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein. InfoWest has the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at our sole discretion.
Entry Period
Entries will be open from Friday, Oct. 14 to Monday, Oct. 17 at 11:59 AM (the Giveaway period). All entries submitted before or after the Giveaway period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Giveaway using any of the following methods:

Prize Drawing
Prize is: 2 Field of screams tickets Estimated retail value is $50.00. No cash value. Prize is non-transferable. Upon acceptance or pick up of prize, Winner grants permission for InfoWest to use the Winners entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration.

Odds are 1:XXX,XXX. Based upon number of entries received.
Winner Notification
Winner will be randomly selected on Monday Oct. 17th at 12 PM by a randomizer spinwheel. Winner will be notified via comment section on giveaway post. Winner has 24 hours to claim his or her prize. After which time prize may be forfeited and a new winner selected.
InfoWest is not liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if he or she provided a wrong email address or incorrect phone number or if their email security settings caused prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder.
Rights Granted by the Entrant
Giveaway participant’s hereby grants InfoWest, the Sponsor, upon submission of an entry into the giveaway or contest the right to use the participant’s submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
Terms & Conditions
InfoWest reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond your control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the giveaway.
InfoWest reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms and conditions of this giveaway, as well as, InfoWest reserves the right seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.
Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Giveaway, and each of the respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including but not limited to (a) any technical errors associated with the Giveaway, including lost interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP) network, server wireless service provider, or there connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware of software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) any other errors or problems in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event and/or the flyover, if applicable, or in any Giveaway related materials; or (e) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize (including travel or activity related thereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Entrant waives the right to claim any dames whatsoever, including, but not limited to punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor (InfoWest) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claim’s liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
Disputes
Each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Washington County, Utah. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with eh Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Washington County, Utah. Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that any disputes not resolved between the participant and InfoWest shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Washington County, Utah. All entrants that participate in this giveaway waives all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and they waive a rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Winners List
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to InfoWest, 435 East Tabernacle St., St. George, UT 84770. Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date listed above.
