Ryder Wright- With the hometown of Beaver, Wright is a saddle bronc rider with two world titles under his name from 2017 and 2020. He is currently ranked No. 3 in the world in saddle bronc riding, and has participated in the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo eight times.
Clayton Keller- Goal! As the current captain of the Utah Hockey Club, Keller has been helping lead the team to victory in his position of left wing. So far, he has scored 16 goals for the team in the 2024-25 season. He has played in the NHL All-Star game in 2019, 2022, 2023 and 2024, with a total of 182 career goals.
Theresa Kulikowski- Finding balance in both gymnastics and college, Kulikowski was named a recipient of the NCAA Today's Top VIII Award for athletic and academic excellence. She won three NCAA championships and earned two NCAArunner-up finishes, including 14 All-American citations in her career. After winning the all-around and balance beam titles as a freshman at the 1999 NCAA Championships, Kulikowski was named the Mountain West Conference Female Athlete of the Year while maintaining a 4.0 GPA as a triple major at the University of Utah.
Jim McMahon- Starting his football journey at BYU, McMahon’s college career total was 9,536 passing yards and 84 touchdown passes, not including bowl games. This led to him playing 15 seasons in the NFL and earning two Super Bowl rings in 1986 with the Chicago Bears and in 1996 with the Green Bay Packers.
Arnie Ferrin- Being one of the most decorated basketball players in the University of Utah history, Ferrin was a four-time All-American who led his team to the national championship in 1944 and 1947. HIs jersey number 22 has since been retired by the university. Ferrin also played three years in the NBA with the Minneapolis Lakers and won two championships with the team, before he was later inducted into the Utah Sports Hall of Fame in 1970.
Alma Richards- Setting the standard for Utah athletes, Alma Richards won the first gold medal for Utah at the 1912 Olympic games running the high jump. Throughout his career, Richards won around 245 medals and trophies in track and field events.
