A short four weeks ago, we celebrated tricks, treats, ghouls, and ghosts. Seemingly the moment the clock strikes midnight, we jump from Halloween to Christmas. People start putting their decorations up, and grocery stores begin playing the Little Drummer Boy and Silent Night. But somewhere in the middle is another great holiday. It’s Thanksgiving! Like any middle child, Thanksgiving is the holiday people tend to forget about.
