Thanks for your submission!
What happens next?
Thank you for reaching out to us! Here’s what you can expect—our team will take a look at your address and verify what services and speeds we can offer you. This usually takes 24-48 business hours.
If you're in a Wireless Area:
A Month-to-Month Agreement will be sent to you. You are required to have it signed by the end of the installation.
A team member will reach out to you about your installation date/time once scheduled; all you have to do is wait.
On the day of installation, a team member will call you 10-15 minutes before their visit to let you know they are on their way and/or if they have any questions about the address.
Once a team member arrives, they will get your internet installed. We can get most customers online in about 90 minutes.
For Fiber Optic Installs:
Your order will be sent to our FiberOps team. You will be contacted by our scheduling team who will review the ordered services and schedule your installation. Normally done within 2-3 business days.
A Month-to-Month Agreement will be sent to you that you are required to sign by the end of your installation. If you sign it beforehand, that's cool too!
Your fiber installation will be completed by our onsite Fiber Ops Team. Cable will be dropped/spliced, and an ONT unit will be installed on the outside of your home. This will all be outside work and will not require you to be home.
On the day of installation, a team member will call you 10-15 minutes before their visit to let you know they are on their way and if they have any questions about your address.
