Official Rules – InfoWest “Vote for Your Favorite School” Giveaway

- Eligibility
The InfoWest Vote for Your Favorite School Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of InfoWest, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. - Sponsorship
This Giveaway is sponsored by InfoWest, Corporate Office located at:

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of InfoWest, which are final and binding. InfoWest reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at its sole discretion. - Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted from August 13, 2025 through August 20, 2025. All entries received outside this period will be disqualified. - How to Enter
Vote by Commenting with your favorite school and matching InfoWest logo!
1 Comment = 1 Vote
Each Comment of the school will be counted toward that School’s total. Only 1 vote per person per school. Every valid comment will be added to that school’s total!
Bonus Challenge: Tag a friend and help us get over 1,000 votes, and we’ll DOUBLE the prize to $1,000 for the winning school! - Prize
The school represented by the winning photo will receive a $500 check from InfoWest (made payable directly to the school). No cash alternative, substitutions, or transfers allowed. Winner grants InfoWest the right to use the school’s name, photo entry, and related likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation. - Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. - Winner Selection and Notification
The school associated with the photo receiving the most eligible likes will be declared the winner. InfoWest will notify the school’s designated contact via official communication channels. The school has five (5) business days to confirm acceptance of the prize; otherwise, InfoWest may award it to the next highest vote-getter. - Rights Granted by Entrant
By participating, you grant InfoWest the irrevocable right to use your submission, name, likeness, and statements for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. - Terms & Conditions
InfoWest reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise the integrity of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and InfoWest reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. - Release of Liability
By participating, entrants release InfoWest and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or acceptance of the prize. - Disputes
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. All disputes shall be resolved individually, exclusively before a court located in Washington County, Utah, without resort to class action. - Privacy
All personal information collected is subject to InfoWest’s Privacy Policy. - Winner’s List
To request the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
