What we bring on site

A field with no service becomes a connected venue: coverage for the crowd, a protected network for the money, and a crew that stays for the day.

Up to 1 Gbps

Temporary Internet up to 1 Gbps, over fiber, FiberWave, or fixed wireless, brought to your grounds for the run of the event.

Wi-Fi for the crowd

Attendee Wi-Fi built to hold up when thousands of phones connect at once, across the footprint you need to cover.

A network for vendors & POS

Card readers, ticketing, and the box office ride their own locked-down network, kept off the public Wi-Fi so a sale never stalls.

Wiring & on-site IT

We run the cabling and low-voltage the site needs, and on-site IT can staff the day so there's one crew to call.

Events we've powered

From Trail Hero to the Apple Festival to the IRONMAN, InfoWest has been the Internet behind events across Southern Utah, big and small.

Event Internet, answered straight

How far ahead should we book?
The sooner the better, especially for a site with no existing service, since we may need to bring a temporary line to the grounds. Reach out as soon as you have a date and a location, and we will tell you what the site needs and how long it takes.
What do you need from us on site?
A point of contact, access to the grounds ahead of the event, power near where the network lives, and a rough map of where people and vendors will be. We walk the site with you first and handle the cabling and low-voltage from there.
Can attendees and vendors be on separate Wi-Fi?
Yes, and they should be. Attendees get their own Wi-Fi, while card readers, ticketing, and the box office ride a separate, locked-down network so a crowded public connection never slows down a sale.
Do you handle wiring and on-site IT?
Yes. We run the cabling and low-voltage the event needs, and the same local team can staff on-site IT for the day through InfoWest Managed IT, so there is one crew to call when something needs a hand.
How does quoting work?
Call (435) 674-0165 or send the form on this page with your event name and date. We scope the coverage, the attendee and vendor networks, and any wiring, then call you back with a quote. Pricing depends on the site and the load, so it is set per event.
