Questions people in Parowan ask us

Straight answers. Call if yours isn't here.

What speeds can I get in Parowan?
Parowan runs on licensed wireless up to 100 Mbps, depending on where your home sits. We confirm your options when you check your address, and your exact speed at install.
Do you cover homes out toward Parowan Gap?
The town grid is well covered from our towers, but coverage thins toward Parowan Gap and the outlying flats, so those addresses are a case-by-case check. Send us the address and we'll tell you straight.
Any contract or data cap in Parowan?
No. Month to month, no data caps, no contract.
How long does install take?
We'll give you an install date when we confirm your address. An install visit usually takes about two hours. In Parowan, your installer comes from our Cedar City office.
Will I talk to a real person?
Yes. Call (435) 674-0165 to reach InfoWest, or visit our Cedar City office down I-15. You get a real person, not a call center.
Is fiber available in Parowan?
Not yet. Parowan runs on our licensed wireless today, and there's no fiber in town. If you'd like it, checking your address adds your street to our fiber waitlist.
