Is fiber Internet available at my address?

The Ultimate plan requires fiber (FiberOptic). Fiber is available in select neighborhoods with build-out expanding across Southern Utah. Call (435) 674-0165 to check your address. If fiber isn't available yet, check your address above and we'll tell you what reaches it today.

What is included in the managed WiFi setup?

The 10 Gbps LAN Premium Router, whole-home WiFi nodes for complete coverage, the WiFi management app, and a full walkthrough during installation. Our tech maps your home for dead zones and places nodes for optimal coverage. We manage all the hardware for you.

Does it work with smart home devices like Ring, Nest, and Alexa?

Yes. Our network supports all major smart-home ecosystems. The Premium Router handles dozens of smart locks, cameras, thermostats, and speakers at once without slowing your laptops and TVs.

Can the Ultimate plan handle multiple 4K TVs streaming at once?

Easily. A single 4K stream uses about 25 Mbps. With fiber speeds up to 8 Gbps and no data caps or throttling, you can run multiple 4K streams, a gaming session, video calls, and smart-home devices simultaneously without any slowdown.

What does priority install include?

Priority Install lets you skip the standard scheduling queue. Your technician places every node, verifies speed in every room, and confirms every device is connected before leaving.

Why is this fiber-only?

The Ultimate plan's 8 Gbps ceiling needs fiber. Where fiber hasn't reached you, Gamer and Work From Home run on FiberWave and wireless. FiberOptic only. No exceptions, no downgrade options.
