Fiber

Fiber Internet that uploads as fast as it downloads.

The same speed up and down, no data caps, no contracts — built and installed by crews who live here. Where fiber has reached your street, this is the best connection we sell.

  • Symmetrical: upload matches download
  • Up to 8 Gbps where available
  • Every plan from Essential to Ultimate

Fiber

Fiber all the way to your house.

A strand of fiber runs from our network to a terminal on your wall, with no radio in between.

  • Same speed both ways. Uploads run as fast as downloads, so video calls, backups, and a house full of devices stop competing.
  • Up to 8 Gbps where available. Most homes never come close, which is the point: the line has room for whatever comes next.
  • Wired, not over the air. Storms, trees, and a new house across the street have no say in your speed.
  • One terminal, one router. The fiber terminal feeds your router; from there, Wi-Fi works as it always has.

The install, in three visits

Two of them happen outside while you go about your day. You're home for the last one.

1

We bring the line to your house

A crew runs a fiber drop from the street to the side of your home, buried or aerial to match the neighborhood. You don't need to be there.

2

We splice it and test the light

We fuse the drop to the network and measure the signal end to end. Still outside, still no appointment.

3

We bring it inside and turn it on

At a time you pick, a technician brings the fiber in, mounts the terminal, sets up your router, and tests it on your own devices before leaving.

Timing between visits depends on the build in your neighborhood. We tell you the plan for your street when you sign up.

Where fiber is today

Fiber goes in one build area at a time, and the map changes every month. Here is where it stands, town by town.

Across town

Fiber to the home on nearly every street

In parts of town

Not listed? Wireless reaches nearly every address we serve, on the same plans, and every town has its own page.

Pick the plan for your household. Fiber carries all of them.

Plans are sized by what your house does at once, not by a speed number. Each plan page shows the price and the speed range you get.

We confirm your options when you check your address, and your exact speed at install. How much speed do you need?

Fiber and wireless, side by side

Same network team, same plans, same local support. The difference is the last stretch to your house.

Fiber questions

The ones we hear most on the phone.

Is fiber available at my address?
Fiber is built street by street, so two houses a block apart can have different answers. Type your address in the form above and we will tell you whether fiber has reached you, and if not, what does.
What does symmetrical mean for me?
Your upload speed matches your download speed. Video calls stop freezing on your end, cloud backups finish overnight instead of over a weekend, and people in a full house can send and receive at once without slowing each other down.
Do I need to be home for the install?
Only for the last visit. The line drop and the splice happen outside. We schedule a time with you, bring the fiber inside, mount the terminal, and set up your router.
Will you dig up my yard?
Where the neighborhood is built underground, we bury a small drop from the street to your house and restore the ground behind us. Where lines run on poles, the drop is aerial.
Does fiber have a data cap?
No. Standard residential plans have no usage allowance and no overage billing on fiber or wireless. Standard plans are for your own household; reselling or redistributing service is a separate product with its own terms. Read the Acceptable Use Policy.
What if fiber is not on my street yet?
Wireless reaches nearly every address we serve, on the same plans, from the same local team. Check your address and we will tell you what reaches it today, or join the fiber waitlist to put your street on the list.
