Straight answers. Call if yours isn't here.
What speeds can I get in Beaver?
Our Beaver wireless carries up to 200 Mbps, depending on your address. We confirm your options when you check your address, and your exact speed at install.
Is Beaver's east bench in range?
Usually, yes. The bench toward the Tushars tends to have clear line of sight to our equipment, which helps wireless. Give us your address and we'll tell you straight whether we can serve it and at what range.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Beaver service is month to month, with no data caps and no contract, and you can cancel any time without a fee.
How long does installation take?
We'll give you an install date when we confirm your address. An install visit usually takes about two hours. Your Beaver install is handled by a technician out of our Cedar City office.
Can I talk to a real person?
Yes. Call (435) 674-0165 and you reach InfoWest, not a call center, and the tech who handles your home works out of Cedar City. You can also stop by that office.
