Questions people in Logandale ask us
Straight answers. Call if yours isn't here.
What speeds can I get in Logandale?
Our licensed wireless in Logandale reaches up to 100 Mbps, and the figure depends on your address. We confirm your options when you check your address, and your exact speed at install.
Do you cover the ranches out toward the Trails?
Many of them, yes. Wireless reaches a good share of the addresses toward the Logandale Trails, though line of sight to our equipment matters the farther out you are. Give us your address and we'll tell you straight whether we can serve it.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Month to month, no data caps, and no fee to cancel any time.
How long does installation take?
We'll give you an install date when we confirm your address. An install visit usually takes about two hours. In Logandale, your installer comes from our Overton office.
Can I reach a real person nearby?
Yes. Call (435) 674-0165 during the day and you reach InfoWest, or stop by our Overton office down SR-169. After hours, our partner support team answers so there is always a person on the line.
Is fiber available in Logandale?
Not yet — Logandale runs on our wireless, not fiber, for now. Line of sight to our equipment carries most of the valley, and where a cluster of neighbors wants fiber, that's where we plan to build. Add your address above to see what reaches you now.
