Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 23, 2026
This policy explains what personal information FIF St. George, LLC, doing business as InfoWest ("InfoWest" or "we"), collects through our website, apps, and services, how we use it, and who we share it with. "Personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to a particular person or device, such as your name, email address, phone number, address, account, and payment and usage information.
At a Glance
- We don't sell your personal information.
- Our network measures how your connection performs, never the content of your communications.
- We don't use the records of your phone calls (CPNI) for marketing.
- We use advertising and analytics tools from Google and Meta to learn which of our ads work. You can opt out.
Requests You Send Us Through Our Website
When you ask about service, join a waitlist, or send us a message, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, service address, and anything else you choose to give, such as your email or business name. We also collect basic technical details, such as your browser and device type. We use this information to answer your request. If you join a waitlist, we keep your entry and contact you when service reaches your address, which may be months later.
Network Usage Information
To run our network and help you when something goes wrong, our equipment measures how much data each connection uses, its speed and latency, and the general type of its traffic, such as streaming, gaming, or video calls. It does not record the content of your communications. Only the staff who run the network or support you can see these measurements, and we protect them as we protect your account information.
Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)
If you subscribe to InfoWest voice service, federal law (47 U.S.C. § 222) protects information about your use of that service: the numbers you call, when, and for how long, and the calling plans you subscribe to. This is Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). We use CPNI to provide, bill, and collect for your service, to answer your support requests, and to protect against fraud. We do not sell CPNI, we do not use it for marketing, and we share it only as needed to provide your service or as the law requires. We verify your identity before discussing account details or making account changes. If CPNI or other personal information is exposed without authorization, we notify the affected customers and federal authorities as FCC rules require.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and support your service, bill you, send account notices, tell you about our products, and measure our advertising (see Advertising and Analytics). We disclose customer information to government agencies only as described under Law Enforcement Requests.
Service Providers
We rely on service providers to run our website and our business, including website hosting and security, address lookup, customer and billing records, and communications. They handle your information only on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes, except in de-identified or aggregated form to maintain and improve their services. Our address lookup is provided by Mapbox, under the Mapbox Privacy Policy.
Law Enforcement Requests
We disclose customer information to government agencies only in response to valid legal process, such as a subpoena, court order, or search warrant, or when federal law allows us to act in an emergency involving danger of death or serious physical injury. We disclose only what the legal process covers.
Agencies should address legal process to FIF St. George, LLC (dba InfoWest) and send it to [email protected], or deliver it by mail or in person to 435 E Tabernacle, St. George, UT 84770, Attn: Legal / Compliance. We do not accept legal process by fax. For an emergency request, use the subject line “EMERGENCY DISCLOSURE REQUEST” and attach the agency's emergency disclosure form on letterhead, signed by a sworn officer.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar browser storage. Some are needed for the site to work: they keep your address lookup with your request and remember your privacy choice. When you look up an address or send a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're a person and not a bot, and may set its own cookie (see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum). Google and Meta also set cookies, as described under Advertising and Analytics. Your browser's settings let you block or delete cookies, though some features may not work without them.
Advertising and Analytics
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta's advertising tools (for Facebook and Instagram) to understand how people use our website and which of our ads lead to new customers. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, how you reached our site, and actions like checking an address. When you send a form, it carries the ad you arrived from, so we know which ads work. Google and Meta may also collect information about your activity on other websites over time, and may use it to show our ads to people who have visited our site. Google explains its part in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
To measure our ads, we share some contact details, such as your email address and phone number, with Google and Meta in hashed form. Hashing turns each detail into a code that can only be matched to the same code for an existing Google or Meta account. We do this when you send a form and when your request moves forward, such as a scheduled install or a new account; for a new account, we also share an estimate of what it's worth to us, so we know which ads pay off. We share nothing you type before you send the form, and never your message or your consent to texts.
If you're already a customer, we share your name, email address, and phone number the same way, along with the city, state, and ZIP code of your service address, so our ads go to new customers instead of you. No other details about your service go with them.
When you call us from a Google ad, the call goes through a Google forwarding number. Google may record the call and report details such as its length and your area code, so we know which ads bring calls.
Google and Meta handle this information under their own policies: Google's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy.
Your Privacy Choices
You can opt out of targeted advertising from our website. The button below saves your choice in this browser, and from then on our website loads no Google or Meta advertising or analytics tools in it. The choice covers only this browser on this device, and clearing your browser's data for our site removes it.
We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser the same way. Our website doesn't respond to Do Not Track signals.
If GPC is on or you've opted out when you send a form, we don't share anything about that request with Google or Meta. If the form is tied to your account, we also leave you out of the customer lists described above. To be sure you're left out of them, use our opt-out form.
To control the ads Google and Meta show you anywhere, use Google's ad settings and Meta's ad preferences. To stop texts from us, reply STOP to any message. To stop marketing calls, email, or mail from us, use the same opt-out form. To update your account information, contact us.
Text Messages
If you sign up for texts from InfoWest, we use your number and a record of your consent only to send the messages you asked for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Our texting providers send the messages for us. We don't share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Consent to receive texts is never shared, and it never goes to Google or Meta.
Retention
We keep request records while we work on your request and for as long as needed for our sales and service records. Waitlist entries stay until service reaches your address and we've contacted you, or until you ask us to remove you.
If you close your account, we keep and use your personal information as needed to meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business records, and enforce our agreements, to the extent the law permits.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. We encrypt data in transit and limit access to personal information to the employees who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children and Privacy
We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If a child has given us personal information, a parent or guardian can ask us to delete it, and we'll make reasonable efforts to do so. The Federal Trade Commission's Children's Privacy page has more about children, privacy, and the internet.
Links to Other Websites
Our website, apps, and services may link to other websites. Their own privacy policies, not this one, govern your use of them. We aren't responsible for how they handle personal information, so read their policies.

Notice to Nevada Residents
Through this website we collect your name, phone number, email, street address, and browser and device type, plus other details you choose to give. We share them with our service providers and, in hashed form, with Google and Meta, as described under Advertising and Analytics. Third parties, including Google and Meta, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site. To review or change information you gave us, use our opt-out and privacy request form. We post changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date at the top.
We don't sell your information. If you're a Nevada resident, you can still opt out of any future sale through our opt-out form; we treat every request sent there as one. We respond to verified requests within 60 days; if we need up to 30 more days, we'll tell you before the first 60 days end.
