InfoWest lit up Annabella with fiber to the home in March 2026, past the houses inside town limits, at symmetrical speeds up to 8 Gbps where available. Wireless still reaches the farm addresses beyond the fiber build, up to 100 Mbps depending on your address.
Our Sevier County crews did the build and support it from the Richfield office, to the north. Every plan is month to month with no data caps and no contract. Home phone and home security are available too. Check your address and we'll tell you whether fiber has reached your street.

Questions people in Annabella ask us
Straight answers. Call if yours isn't here.
Is the whole town of Annabella on fiber now?
The March 2026 build ran fiber past the homes inside town limits, so most Annabella addresses can get it. A few farm properties at the edge are a case-by-case check. Enter your address above and we'll confirm.
What speeds can I get on Annabella fiber?
Fiber in Annabella is symmetrical, so uploads match downloads. Plans run from Essential up through Ultimate, and we verify the exact speed at your address before install.
Did Annabella and Elsinore get fiber at the same time?
Yes. Our Sevier County crews lit up both towns in March 2026 in the same push, so if you're near the Annabella-Elsinore line, fiber is likely on your street.
Is there a contract or a data cap in Annabella?
No. Service is month to month, data is unlimited, and there's no contract.
How fast can you get me connected?
We'll give you an install date when we confirm your address. An install visit usually takes about two hours. Your Annabella install is handled by a technician out of our Richfield office.
Can I reach a local person?
Yes. Call (435) 674-0165 and you reach our Richfield office, up US-89, not a national call center.
