Questions people in Springdale ask us
Straight answers. Call if yours isn't here.
Springdale is in a canyon — does wireless even work there?
It can, and we've spent years learning where. Canyon walls block and bounce signal, so coverage varies address by address and we won't oversell it. Enter your address and we'll tell you straight whether we can reach your spot and at what range.
What speeds can I get in Springdale?
Our licensed wireless in Springdale reaches up to 200 Mbps, and the figure depends on your address. We confirm your options when you check your address, and your exact speed at install.
Any contract or data cap?
No to both. Month to month, unlimited data, and no fee to cancel anytime.
How soon can you install?
We'll give you an install date when we confirm your address. An install visit usually takes about two hours. In Springdale, we confirm line of sight before we set the date.
Do I get a real person on the line?
Yes. (435) 674-0165 reaches our Southern Utah team, and the tech who makes the drive out is based in St. George.
Can I get fiber in Springdale?
Not today. Fiber hasn't been built into the canyon, where the terrain makes it slow and costly. Our licensed wireless covers the town now with no data caps, and fiber interest for your address goes on our fiber waitlist. Check your address for current options.
