What every agency connection includes

Public services can't wait on hold with a national carrier. We build the connection to a standard we put in writing.

A dedicated circuit

A dedicated circuit (DIA) reserves the bandwidth for your agency alone, so it holds the same at 8 a.m. as at midnight.

A written uptime guarantee

A written uptime guarantee (SLA) states the target and the response time in the contract, not the fine print.

Redundant paths

Where a service can't go dark, a second, separate path routes around a fiber cut or a power hit before your team feels it.

Priority local response

Call and a local team answers, then rolls a truck from Southern Utah. No overseas queue, no ticket that ages for a week.

When the call comes in, the connection can't be the part that fails.

We build for dispatch, 911, and the offices behind them, and we back it with a guarantee.

Government & public safety, answered straight

What kinds of connections do you provide to agencies?
It depends on the site. We deliver fiber where it is built, FiberWave or fixed wireless where it is not, and a dedicated circuit (DIA) where an agency needs bandwidth reserved for it alone. Tell us your sites and we will scope each one.
Can you build in backup or redundant paths?
Yes. For dispatch, 911, and other services that cannot go dark, we can add a second path on separate infrastructure so traffic routes around a fiber cut or power hit instead of stopping. We scope redundancy per site.
Do you handle phones for our offices?
Yes. The same local team runs contracted voice for city offices, departments, and campuses on our cloud phone system. It rides the connection we install, on one bill, with one number to call.
Can you add cameras and door access?
Yes. Cameras, door access, and alarm monitoring come from the same team through InfoWest Business Security, so the network, the phones, and the building all answer to one provider.
How does quoting work?
Call (435) 674-0165 or send the form on this page with your agency name and the number of sites. We scope the connections, the uptime guarantee, and any redundancy your services need, then call you back with a quote. Pricing is set per agency, not posted online.

Let's scope your agency's connection.

Tell us your sites and what can't go down. We'll build the connection, put the uptime in writing, and keep the support local.
