Gabriel, customer service and sales in Richfield
Five months in, a new hire in Richfield explains what makes the team click.

Gabriel Price works customer service, billing, and sales out of the InfoWest office in Richfield. When we talked in December 2023, Gabriel had been with us five months, and he’d already found his footing. “I found my home at InfoWest,” he said.
He came to InfoWest after a string of other jobs. “I’ve worked various jobs, but InfoWest stands out with its caring environment. It’s family-friendly, understands life’s twists…,” he said. What sold him was the team. “We take care of each other, lending a helping hand on tough days. I’ve always strived to be the hardest worker in the room, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-learning job.”
His manager sees the same energy. “Gabe is happy, friendly, outgoing, and caring. He loves the challenge of exceeding expectations daily, and the opportunity to help InfoWest customers,” said Manny, customer care manager.
The job has room to grow. Gabriel has picked up faster data entry and keyboarding, and he’s taken on some networking and marketing work. “It’s a place where I’m excited to go every day, surrounded by a wonderful team and supportive managers,” he said. Off the clock, he paints, and he fills his time with photography, woodworking, building computers, gaming, and yard work.
