Tiffany, customer service in Richfield
She grew up around this building, and now she answers the phones in it.

Tiffany joined InfoWest in 2019 and works customer service out of the Richfield office. When this profile first ran in January 2023, she had been with the company four years. She likes the work and the people, and she has grown a lot on the phones. Ask her about her greatest strength and she keeps it simple: “I find people leave feeling happier on the phone from when I first picked it up.”
Her path to InfoWest ran through the building itself. She stopped in to visit an old friend, Matt, at the Richfield office, and he and Randy, one of InfoWest’s founders, mentioned the company was hiring a customer service rep. She applied and got the job.
The building already felt like home. Tiffany’s father once ran an Internet company out of the same Richfield space InfoWest occupies now, so the work carries a bit of family history. She likes her coworkers, too. “Everyone is always willing to help each other,” she said.
Away from the desk, Tiffany runs an Etsy shop, and the same eye for detail shows up in her customer service. She’s glad to see fiber reaching Sevier Valley. “It’s crazy how far technology has come,” she said.
