Not necessarily. Our Essential plan starts at 25 Mbps, which handles email, web browsing, video calls with family, and streaming Netflix or YouTube without any issues. You only need more speed if you have many people or devices using the internet at the same time.
Are there any contracts or cancellation fees? expand_more
No contracts at all. Every InfoWest plan is month-to-month. We have operated this way since 1994 because customers stay when they like us.
What is included in the Essential plan? expand_more
Your plan includes the internet connection, a WiFi router, network security, the InfoWest WiFi management app, guest WiFi, and 24/7 tech support. Everything you need is included in one monthly price with no surprise fees.

Absolutely. Our support team is available 24/7. Call (435) 674-0165 and you will reach a real person, not a phone tree. We also have a local office at 435 E Tabernacle St in St. George if you prefer in-person help.

We do not currently have a formal senior discount, but our Essential plan at $45/mo is already our most affordable option with no hidden fees. Many of our customers on fixed incomes find it fits comfortably within a fixed income because there are no surprise charges or rate hikes after a promo period.

Unlike most ISPs who route traffic through servers in Salt Lake City or other states, InfoWest has content servers right here in St. George. Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming content travels a shorter distance, which means less buffering, faster load times, and a smoother experience.

We do not run introductory-rate promotions that spike after 6 or 12 months. The price we quote you is what you pay. Prices can change over time, but you will not be hit with a doubling rate because a promo period expired.
